We encourage wearing comfortable workout clothes. You can bring a change of clothes. For instance, if you are being treated for knee injury try to wear or bring shorts or a pair of loose-fitting pants which will allow your therapist to perform hands-on treatment if necessary.

Expect a comprehensive, hands-on evaluation. Your Physical Therapist will discuss the findings, collaborate on short/long-term goals, and create a plan of care specific to you.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment with 24-hour notice. Please read the cancellation policy provided after self-registration.

We accept Cash, Check, Venmo & PayPal. We accept all major Credit Cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, with a nominal third-party card processing fee of 4%. 

You do not need a referral. In Georgia, one can access a Physical Therapist directly without a medical doctor's referral.

No! You don't have to be injured to access a Physical Therapist. Physical Therapists are trained to assess posture, joint mechanics, movement dysfunctions, muscle asymmetries, and imbalances. We help athletes prevent injury. We can help optimize your body through specialty treatments, targeted exercises, and enhance your athletic performance.

We are a cash-based Physical Therapy practice, which means we do not accept any insurance at this time.  

The current insurance model does not allow us to provide quality 1:1 care.  Most clinics treat two to three patients in one session, requiring extended care. Considering deductibles and co-payments, our clients spend less under our care. 

Your insurance might consider us an "out-of-network" provider. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to understand your out-of-network physical therapy benefits. Your insurance might reimburse you for all or some of your PT sessions. We can provide you with a super bill to get reimbursed. Typically, a PPO plan might reimburse you better than an HMO.

Yes, we do accept payments from your Health Savings Account (HSA). The majority of our clients choose to reimburse us through their HSA.
